1. We only collect and store the data required to use the platform.
2. Your data is used exclusively for internal purposes and to provide our services.
3. We do not share data with third parties unless required by law or necessary for contract fulfillment.
4. Data transmission is encrypted via SSL/TLS.
5. You have the right to access, correct and delete your data at any time.
6. If you use the "Google Visibility" feature, we connect your MySalon account to your Google account via the official Google Business Profile API. This uses the OAuth 2.0 standard with the Google-required write scope "business.manage".
7. Within this scope we process the Google refresh token (stored encrypted in our database in Switzerland), the email address of your Google account (shown in the dashboard), the account and location IDs of your Google Business Profile, and the master data you have approved (name, address, opening hours, category, phone, website), which we send to Google.
8. This data is used exclusively for the functions described in the "Google Visibility" wizard. We do not sell it, do not share it with third parties, do not use it for advertising and do not perform any machine analysis beyond the Google Business Profile API (Limited Use).
9. You can disconnect the link at any time in the dashboard under "Google Visibility". When you disconnect, we actively revoke the refresh token at Google (oauth2.googleapis.com/revoke) and delete all stored tokens, location IDs and API data from our database.
10. Use of the Google Business Profile API complies with the "Google API Services User Data Policy" including its "Limited Use" requirements: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy
11. If you do not connect Google Business Profile, no data is collected for this feature or transmitted to Google.
