User Terms for End Customers

These user terms govern the use of the MySalon.ch platform by end customers.

  1. Subject matter: MySalon.ch provides a platform through which end customers can book services online with affiliated salons. MySalon.ch itself does not provide services, but solely facilitates booking. The contract for the requested service is concluded exclusively between you and the respective salon.
  2. User responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your devices meet the technical requirements for using the platform. All data you provide must be accurate. Login details must be kept confidential. You are liable for all activities carried out through your account. MySalon.ch may suspend or deactivate accounts if these terms are violated.
  3. Age restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to use MySalon.ch. Minors may only use the platform with the consent of their parents or legal guardians. Parents are liable for the use by their children.
  4. Accounts, passwords and security: Certain features require an account. Only one account is permitted per person; it may not be transferred or shared. In case of violations, your account may be suspended or deleted immediately. MySalon.ch reserves the right to take legal action.
  5. Booking process: Through MySalon.ch you can select and book services. The contract is concluded once you receive a booking confirmation. All bookings are subject to availability.
  6. Appointment changes and cancellations: Changes are only possible in accordance with the conditions of the respective salon (e.g. up to 24h before). Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged by the partner.
  7. Payment terms: Payments are made directly between you and the partner salon. MySalon.ch is not involved in the payment process.
  8. Security and availability: MySalon.ch strives to provide a secure platform but cannot guarantee error-free availability. Users are responsible for adequate IT security.
  9. Disclaimer: MySalon.ch is solely an intermediary. The partner salons are solely responsible for providing the services.
  10. Restriction of access: MySalon.ch reserves the right to block access if appointments are repeatedly cancelled, in cases of misuse or fraud, or if these terms are violated.
  11. Intellectual property: All rights to MySalon.ch belong to ITmakers GmbH. Users acquire no ownership rights to the platform.
  12. Applicable law: Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
  13. Geographical restrictions: MySalon.ch is operated from Switzerland. Not all features are available in all countries. When using outside Switzerland, local regulations must be observed.
