1 Registration & First Steps
Step 1: Create Account
- Visit the registration page
- Fill out the registration form:
- Company Name: Name of your salon
- Email Address: Your business email
- Password: At least 8 characters
- Accept the Terms and Privacy Policy
- Click on "Register"
💡 Hint:: Use an email address that you check regularly, as you will receive a verification email.
Step 2: Email Verification
- After registration, you will receive an email with a verification link
- Click on the link in the email
- You will be automatically redirected to the login page
- Log in with your email and password
⚠️ Hint:: Without email verification, you cannot log in. If you did not receive an email, check your spam folder.
Forgot Password?
If you have forgotten your password:
- Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page
- Enter your email address
- You will receive a link to reset your password
- Follow the instructions in the email
2 Onboarding – Your Salon in the System
After your first login, you will be automatically guided through the onboarding. This is a 5-step process to fully set up your salon:
Fill in Profile
- • Salon Name
- • Address, ZIP, City
- • Phone & Website
- • Choose brand color
Add Categories
Create categories for your services (e.g., Haircuts, Coloring, Styling)
Add Services
- • Name, Description
- • Duration (minutes)
- • Price (CHF)
- • Assign category
Opening Hours
Set your opening hours for each weekday (multiple time slots possible)
Add Employees
- • Name, Email, Phone
- • Publicly visible (yes/no)
- • Active/Inactive

How can I reset my password?
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions in the email you receive.
Can I manage multiple salons?
By default, you can manage one salon. For multiple salons, please contact support at support@mysalon.ch.
How does online booking work?
Customers can book appointments via your personal booking link (e.g. mysalon.ch/termin/ihr-salon). You receive a notification and can confirm or reject the booking. All bookings are automatically displayed in your dashboard.
How long does setup take?
Setup takes only 5-10 minutes. After registration, we guide you through onboarding where you enter your salon data, services, opening hours, and employees. Then you can start immediately!
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately. For an upgrade, you only pay the prorated amount for the rest of the month.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! The Free plan is permanently free and allows up to 25 bookings per month. You can start immediately without a credit card or commitments.
How can I share my booking link?
You can find your booking link in the dashboard under "Salons" → "Edit". You can share the link via email, on your website, as a QR code, or on social media. The booking form automatically adapts to your brand color.
