FAQ: product sales & checkout
Do I need special hardware?
No. Use a browser on PC, laptop or tablet. For slips we support common thermal/receipt printers (e.g. 80 mm); email receipts are enough if you prefer.
Is it traceable for accounting?
Yes. Movements go to the journal; cancellations use traceable corrections instead of silent deletes. Confirm specifics with your accountant.
Can I cancel only the product checkout module?
The product sales module is its own monthly subscription and can be managed separately from your main MySalon plan – see billing in the app.
